Textures We've Inherited are a series of 2 x 3 ft collagraph prints that engage and examine a dress from my grandma's house. Is it possible to translate histories that are carried in the fibers of century-old lace?  What can we learn about family history when our elders pass on, and the objects our relatives are throwing away? What can these examinations teach us about ourselves?
